Hendon Waterside is a regeneration scheme located within the borough of Barnet, London. The development is being constructed in six phases comprising primarily of residential blocks. When complete the scheme will provide 2000 private and affordable units.
RHB were appointed to carry out the full design and coordination of mechanical and electrical services for phase 3A. The scheme consisted of two multi storey blocks and a 28 storey tower located above one and two storey basement carparks, with podium landscaping above.
The M&E services included attendance of fortnightly design team meetings with the Architect, Fire consultants, Civil and Structural Engineers
