Operations

Structured for Success

All projects, regardless of size or value, are personally supervised by one of our senior members to ensure successful progress and completion. Each project is run on a day-to-day basis by a project co-ordinator and overseen by the prime contact Member.

Initial concepts developed by our project engineers are reviewed by a forum of Members and Senior Engineers. Here the original ideas are refined and improved and new developments and technologies incorporated, where they can be proven to contribute to the success of the project.

We continually review new ideas, products and technologies and test them for effectiveness prior to incorporation.

Projects employ full CAD-supported design and draughting, using fully networked computer hardware less than two years old. All our software is industry standard and a comprehensive list can be provided on request.
