Career Summary	John joined RHB Partnership as an Executive Engineer in 2000 and was promoted to Mechanical Associate in May 2000. In 2001 he was promoted to Partner and due to the change in company status, is now a Member. He is one of RHB’s three team leaders, responsible for overseeing the progression of his team’s allotted projects from inception to completion, in a professional and timely way to the Client’s satisfaction He is responsible for overseeing the administration of the Practice’s QA procedures.
Experience	Design of various mechanical services including air conditioning, ventilation, heating, water services and gas installations. Responsible for the project management of building services design of various commercial, retail, industrial and healthcare projects including:- New 45,000m² Headquarters for Swiss Re at the Baltic Exchange Site, London. Shell and core services Refurbishment of 16 storey 14,000m² Export House, Woking for Capital Investment Trust. Nightclub/Restaurant development at No. 1 Leicester Square for Big Beat Group. Refurbishment of 12,000m² office building at 1 Redcliff Street, Bristol for Scottish Widows Pension Fund. 600 Bed Royal Hospital, Oman. The Portland Building, Crawley - 6000m² office building for Canadian & Portland Estates. New 2500m² headquarters for Wedmuller UK at West Malling, Kent incorporating thermal storage. Refurbishment of 70 bedroom Lowndes Hotel, London. Donnington Valley Hotel extensions comprising 56 bedroom block and leisure/swimming pool complex. Radiopharmaceutical production facility at The Royal Preston Hospital. Refurbishment of 7000m² office space at Peninsular House, London EC1 Other projects include Magistrates Courtrooms, Schools, Laboratories, Police Stations and Hospital Ward Refurbishments.
