History

RHB Partnership LLP is an independent Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Services Consultancy Practice with offices in Basingstoke, Hampshire, London and representation in Nairobi, Kenya.

The Practice was founded in 1980 in Basingstoke. From its small beginnings, the business has grown steadily, moving initially to offices in Basingstoke and then to our present location at Popham, North Hampshire, opening our London Office in 2006.

Unfortunately, a fire at the offices in 1997 resulted in a total loss, but thanks to the magnificent efforts of all our staff, and co-operation from our clients and colleagues in parallel practices, the business kept going, operating out of Portacabins while our new offices were built on the same site. With some relief we moved into our current offices in April 1998, being very proud of the fact that during the whole episode we had only been “out of action” for one day. Although we would rather not have had the experience, we believe that the business is stronger and more “grounded” as a result.

Since we have put the fire behind us, we have made a conscious effort to expand the business: striving to improve our standards of professionalism, incorporating new technology and ideology in our designs, focussing more attention to detail and by recruiting high-calibre staff. We are pleased that this has paid off - our business has grown consistently since.
