Monitoring

It is usual and we would recommend that we undertake monitoring of the installation after designing the systems, in turn witnessing commissioning and testing and carrying out defects inspections. This also satisfies the new Building Regulation requirements to ensure that the installation performs as designed.

We also evaluate designs by others as an independent assessor and monitor the installation of designs by others. In these circumstances we could also witness commissioning and testing etc, again to satisfy the new Building Regulations.
