Building Regulations

We provide advice on compliance with all Approved Documents, including Part L - Conservation of Fuel and Power, and Part F - Ventilation. We also liaise with Building Control to ensure compliance.

The use of Dynamic Thermal Simulation and building modelling software to prove compliance with the new Part L is increasingly important. We use the EDSL TAS software to prove compliance with Part L2 and SAP calculations for Part L1. More details of our modelling and simulation capability are on the Modelling page.

Sustainabliity

Planning Authorities are pushing for a 10% renewable energy source inclusion in new planning applications.
