Continuing Professional Development RHB Partnership LLP believe that the Practice is only as good as its employees, and therefore is fully committed to CPD as a means of improving staff skills and knowledge, thus increasing their professionalism and motivation. This is done by: - - the sponsoring of young recruits through their professional studies
(degree and/or HNC), - mentoring new graduates during their progression towards professional status,
- encouraging individuals to attend courses and seminars (both external to the office and internal) to keep abreast of any new developments within the industry,
- ensuring that all staff have annual appraisals in which recent progress is discussed in relation to previously set goals, personal objectives are discussed and new personal targets are set.
As members of BSRIA and subscribers to IHS we receive regular statutory and technical updates. These are circulated to our personnel.
