Managing out the Risk

To ensure the success of our projects we target, pre-empt and manage out all risks that could affect the desired outcome. With many of our activities being carried out on buildings still in occupation we work to cause the minimum impact and disruption to occupants as well as paying close attention to Health and Safety issues. Careful monitoring of project costs against budgets, regular reviews and QA appraisals all ensure that projects are delivered successfully.

In-depth Experience

The practice has extensive experience of all aspects of M&E services gained from working with leading companies, local authorities and public bodies both in the UK and overseas. We are also partnering consultants with Hampshire County Council and preferred consultants with Goldcrest Homes, CIT Group and Aldi Stores. We are proud to say that some 80% of our work is repeat business, showing a high degree of customer satisfaction.
